Delivery & Ordering
Main shop
Orders from our main shop are packed and sent from our partner warehouses. Some brands send their products to you directly.
Standard UK delivery: £3.95 for orders up to 2kg, £7.95 for orders over 2kg.
Dispatch time: usually 3 to 7 working days. In December, please allow a little extra time.
Tracking: we email you when your order is on its way.
Orders with items from more than one brand: these may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You pay delivery once.
Christmas: order by Monday 7 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Local Buyers shop (Chard and TA20)
Local Buyers orders are grouped together so we can buy from our suppliers at better prices.
Order any time up to Sunday night (11:59pm).
Every Monday, once the group total has reached £60, we place the order with our suppliers. If it has not reached £60, we will contact you and offer a full refund, or you can wait for the next week's order. It's your choice.
Your items are usually ready about 5 days later. We will contact you when they arrive.
Collect free in Chard (we will contact you to arrange a time and place), or choose local delivery for £1 within the TA20 postcode area.
This week's group order: the counter on the Local Buyers page shows how close this week's group order is to £60. When it reaches £60, we place the order with our suppliers.
Some Local Buyers products come straight from the maker and do not wait for the Monday group order. These are marked on the product page with "Order now – this item doesn't wait for the group order", and show their own minimum order.
