How our local buyers offer works
Save on gifts and everyday treats by ordering together with your neighbours. Open to our laundry customers and anyone local to Chard.

1. Choose your items and check out as normal.
2. Your order joins this week's group total (see the counter below).
3. Every Monday, once the group total has reached £60, we place the order. Ordering together means free delivery from our supplier and lower prices than our main shop.
4. Your items arrive with us in about 5 days, and we'll message you when they're ready.
5. Collect for free from our Chard collection point, or we'll deliver to your door for £1.

Some items don't need to wait. A few products come straight from the maker, so they are not part of the group order and don't count towards the £60. Their product page says "Order now" and shows the minimum you need to buy.

Didn't reach £60 by Monday? We'll get in touch and offer you a full refund, or you can wait for the next week's order. It's your choice.

At checkout: choose Collect in Chard (free), or Local Delivery (£1, Chard TA20 postcodes only).

Christmas: the last group order is Monday 7 December. Order by Sunday 6 December and your gifts will be ready from around 12 December.
